Track all adverse event reports received and completed;
Review and assess all source documents, and compile data in an adverse event report;
Data enter report into the client safety database;
Release report to client through client safety database
Job Description
Data entry of adverse event reports received from the client.
Perform verification of data entered into client’s corporate safety database, e.g. Argus or other designated system to ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness.
Update safety database and/or tracking database to correct errors/omissions noted after data verification.
Review any comments made after quality review and ensure recommendations are addressed.
Release reports to the client in corporate safety database, e.g. Argus or other designated system.
Complete workflow in client’s corporate safety database, e.g. Argus , as appropriate.
Maintain accurate files and documentation. Maintenance and administration of Cognizant’s tracking system.
