Candidate will be based at Mulund,(Mumbai). Candidate staying near Mulund ,Thane, Airoli will be
preferred.
Talent Search and Recruitment of Candidates for Pharma and Non Pharma companies on PAN India
& Outside India.
Working on Job portals like Naukri.com and LinkedIn, for sourcing resumes, job posting and
references.
Interaction with candidates and explaining them company profile and job responsibilities, job
description, etc.
Coordination with client companies on resumes mailed and feedback.
Organizing and coordinating personal interviews or on Skype and Telephone interview.
Coordinate with the candidates for document submissions and salary negotiation till final selection.
Follow up with candidates for these completing joining formalities.
Business development with client companies for new and repeat positions and meeting their
requirements.
On the job training for following and working as per the SOPs, Process Systems, Formats, etc.
qualification : b pharma /m pharma
experience : 0 - 3 years
