Job Description
1) Responsible for acquiring new products (Medical, Dentistry, Pharmacy, and Nursing books ) by establishing professional relationships and developing intellectual synergy with authors, learned societies, academic professionals, professional associations, and so forth, and help make the idea for a book.
2) Review unsolicited manuscripts and decide whether to buy the publication rights from the author.
3) Author/publisher/editor liaison.
4) Undertake extensive syllabi and market research, and analysis.
5) Organizing reviews and review analysis.
6) Review and edit drafts of books, offer comments to improve the work, and suggest possible titles.
7) Monitor copyediting and production, and coordinate with artists, designers, printing and binding schedules .
