Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Pharm
• Experience: 5-8 years running a pharma retail store or working as Medical Representative with reputed pharma companies
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite esp. Excel
• Localized knowledge of consumer buying behavior for medicines as per factors like brand and price sensitivity, seasonality, prescription patterns.

Job Description
• Establish and manage inventory standards for each item for IB locations
• Establish and manage inventory standards for each item at various warehouse locations
• To assist in the development of qualitative and quantitative analysis parameters for setting inventory standards
• To train and manage a team of executives pan-India for setting inventory standards
• To drive the ground resources for pull-back of excess/expiry/obsolete goods through the executives
• To compile data on Min-Max, excesses, pull-backs, expiry for decision support
