Job Description

• Dealer/ Channel Management
• Manage a group of distributors for maximizing business from the territory (value & volume, Primary & secondary targets) as per the company system & norms.
• Review & fine-tune the distribution network as per the business requirement.
• Create & sustain relationship with distributors, ensure good ROI to them & implement processes as required by the company.
• Support distributors in fulfilling his responsibilities in terms of coverage, range availability, merchandising, data management and services to retailers.
• Objective setting, training and development and designing incentives for the distributor salesmen and motivating them to ensure their positive contribution to the company’s sales figures.
