Job Description
Planing and execution of manufacturing and packing operations as per the timeliness specified.
Ensure compliance to systems and written procedures. Planning and maintaining inventory of raw materials and packing materials based on the plan.
Training the departmental staff on systems and procedures. Co-ordinating and assisting in Recruitment of personnel pertain to production department.
preparation and approval of wirtten procedures / validation protocols / MMR and MPR etc.
Keeping the production area up to standards and in validated state. Improvement and innovation on the processes to ensure smooth and contamination free products.
Co-ordination with inter-related departments like QC, QZ Validation, Engineering etc for trouble free operations.
Training the plant personnel with respect to production related activities in compliance to CFR.
Issue and control of registers and files, design and procurement of any process equipment.
Ensuring online documentation and complying to the internal audit observations.
Preparation of MIS and onward submission to the plant head.
Ensure work discipline in the department.
