Job Description
The candidate should have relevant experience :
•Generating new clients primarily related to Biology division.
•Preparing proposal documents / CDA / Contracts.
•Planning business / sales and MIS Forecast.
•Prepare Report on competitor activities & business information.
•Responsible to meet / exceed business targets in given domain / market seg-ment.
•Coordinate internally with scientific team / operational team to meet customer requirements.
•To maintain the desired level of customer satisfaction index with the front end sales & marketing team in US & Europe.
•Should understand the needs in wet-laboratory biology for drug discovery.
•Taking partial/complete responsibility in day-to-day activities of GM, sales & marketing such as handling Client meetings (including giving presentations), finding out new business opportunities, sending out business proposals, preparing financial statements/revenue projections & regular interactions with scientists and the Head for various aspects of the business.
