Job Description 1. Planning and Organising - To achieve the desired objectives by optimum utilisation of resources available and distribution of duties to team members

2. Leading - To recruit, coach, develop and motivate team members to achieve the desired sales objective

3. Controlling - Reviewing the activities of team members and making necessary improvements to make a highly professional , motivated and high yielding team.

4. Compliance - 100 % compliance of company stategies in terms of values, image and strategies in respect to customers

5. Continuous achievement of target in all the territories and managing sales in a profitable way and creating surplus.

Desired Profile Qualification - B.Pharm

Age - 26 to 35 years

Experience - The candidate should possess minimum 1 years of experience as First Line Manager.

Experience 6 - 11 Years
