Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
End to End Recruitment process
Analyzing Job Requirements.
Identifying 90% accurate match profile for the requirement
Calling up candidates on a daily basis, Scheduling Interviews with the prospects
Arranging Interviews with respective managers
Follow up with the candidates till joining, Take care of joining formalities
It will be an Individual Contributor role and will not include any team handling.
Maintaining daily trackers.
