MBA with Graduate / Post Graduate in Pharmacy
• 2 years+ experience in Business Analytics (Pharma) with at least 1 year in Market Research with specific experience of producing Key Performance Indicators or similar monthly reports for Senior Management.
• Strong quantitative & market research background
• Understanding of IMS data and trends
• Ability to run analyses in Microsoft Excel - can manipulate data from IMS and other suppliers in Microsoft Excel to produce meaningful analyses
• Strong strategic forecasting experience
• Ability to produce professional PowerPoint Slides that clearly communicate analyses to marketing.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, demonstrating initiative and flexibility through effective and innovative leadership ability.
• Attention to detail and quality focused.
• Organizational, planning, resource and project management skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to operate effectively in an international environment.

Job Description
Provide analytical support to Global Teams in the developing standardised reports, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), MPR (Monthly Performance Report) and undertake ad-hoc projects in the areas of business analytics, business intelligence and market research.
• To respond to Ad-Hoc requests from the Market Research Analysts and Regional Business Analysts to support daily needs for analysis and slides that can support Brand Reviews
• To work closely with the forecasting manager to gain greater insight in to the future trends for General Medicine Brands
• To work on Return on Investment analyses based on direction from the Data Management Executive / Head of Market Research/Head of Regional Business Analysis
• To train and mentor Analysts within Business Analytics function; coordinate/drive knowledge and best practice sharing sessions in alignment with Business Analytics management
• Take ownership of systems and processes; constantly strive to improve efficiency of work flow and operating procedures for all deliverables

•Prepare synaptic protocol and submit it to CROs (Clinical Research Organisation).
•Review the Draft protocols and send it back to CROs with modifications, if any.
•Get IRB approval for the new product.
•Get BENOC (Bioequivalence No Objection Certificate) from DCGA.
•Do statistical and pharmacokinetic analysis of the pilot study report.
•Respond timely and adequately to FDA deficiencies and prepare justification reports.
•Be a part of BAT and discuss the development of the new product and approve/reject it for further studies.
•Review the reports of pivotal tests and submit them to RA.
•Coordinate with the CROs.
